•  The cost of having an AC technician fix the AC unit because of freezing or a Plumber to fix a clogged toilet, will be charged to you.

•  The Swimming pool has no Lifeguard on duty. Therefore, children must have adult supervision on the balcony and the pool areas.

•  Pool Hours and rules are posted in the pool area. For your safety and that of your kids please follow those rules and be aware of the warnings.
