- Guest self-catering. the kitchen is equipped with all of the essentials and more to make most of your favorite dishes. (Please dispose or take home the food and condiments you purchase, Only what's provided should be left on the counters at check-out.

***Avoid additional fines (No E-Cigs, No Vapes, No Smoke).
Smoking, pets, or parties are fine of $ 200.00, and guests will be asked to leave without a refund.

* Guests are responsible for taking out the trash: Dumpsters are located at the community entrance, on the left-hand side of the clubhouse, and across the fountain. **Excess trash fee $ 30:**

•    Quiet time: Lower the volume as of 9:00 p.m. per city noise ordinance.
•    NO additional guests than those agreed to in the reservation are allowed overnight.

* Don't use white towels to remove makeup:: •    towels or Linen sheets damaged: fee varies from $ 5 - $ 60

•    Free Parking is included with your stay, 2 Parking Permits will be inside the condo on your check-in (you must write your check-out date on the permit and display it at all times your vehicle is parked inside the parking lot.

•    Your vehicle must display a valid parking permit, otherwise, your car will be subject to immediate tow. Towing is done at the expense of the car owner. - Front and back doors and windows must stay closed at all times.

 **We are not responsible for damages of stolen personal property from your vehicle.**

•    Do not iron on the bedspread, comforter, table, or dresser, an ironing board is provided (inside the laundry closet by the kitchen).

- Unplug from the outlet all the small appliances when not in use and before cleaning.

•    The Host reserves the right to cancel reservations without refund if rules are violated. The Guest will be responsible for damages.

- The A/C Settings are: Fan in Auto, Mode in Cool, Temperature not lower than 71°F and not higher than 77° F (wrong setting could cause the unit to get frozen and/or stop working.)

•    Only flush toilet paper on the toilet (DO NOT Flush Paper Towels or personal hygiene products, these will clog the toilets, and the repair will be charged to the guest.

**At Check-Out** please leave the key and Parking Permit on the dining table and send a picture of it on Airbnb's messaging platform. **If the key and/or the parking permit are not found by our staff, a US$75.00 lock re-keying fee will be charged to the registered guest**

•    The Swimming pool has no Lifeguard on duty. Therefore, children must have adult supervision on the balcony and the pool areas.

•    Pool Hours: 8 AM to 9:00 PM 
•       Gym Hours: Open 24 Hrs.
